Carlo graduated from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan in 2004.

He has been enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Milan since 2008; is registered in the Register of Auditors.

His professional activity is based on dealing with Corporate, Tax and Accounting issues of Companies and National and Multinational Corporate Groups. He assists customers in extraordinary Transactions and in International Tax Issues.

He holds the office of Statutory Auditor and Board Member in joint-stock companies.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of HLB Italy since 2015.

He has been a Partner of Studio TCA Triberti Colombo & Associati since 2018.
